The Killarney Lions Club was formed in 1970. Its original members included Dr. Patrick Fuller, Mr. Liam Kelly and Mr. Sean O'Callaghan, who is currently a Charter Member and attends every meeting. It has grown from strength to strength in our community since then and currently has 36 members. Club Officers for 2011 / 2012 are: President: Mr John O'Callaghan
John has been a committed member of the Killarney Lions Club for many years and is the son of one of our founding members, Mr Sean O'Callaghan. John has been involved in a huge variety of events down the years and is particularly passionate about our annual calendar and its beneficiaries, our golf classic and a range of good causes. Secretary: Noreen O'SullivanNoreen has been a member of the Lions club since 2005She is a committed and hard working Lion and is crucial to the smooth running of the club and all of its events and is proud to give something back to her community. Treasurer: Fintan LawlorFintan is a recent and a very welcome addition to the Lions Club.
